These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts that you conclude with Wild Whispers, owner Xenia Haab, via the website www.nordic-whispers.ch.
The purchase contract is concluded with Wild Whispers, owner Xenia Haab, Eich 168, Thalheim, Aargau, 5112, Switzerland.
- Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
- Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery.
Payment can be made either by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified on the respective item page. This begins with the conclusion of the contract.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

The statutory warranty regulations apply.
We are only liable for damages due to slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
