Shipping conditions of Nordic Whispers

  • Do I have to pay shipping costs for my order?

At the moment we only deliver within Switzerland. The shipping costs are CHF 9.00. From an order total of CHF 100, there are no shipping costs.

  • How long will it take until I receive my delivery?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible. If the products are in stock, it takes between 1-2 working days.
The dispatch time depends on the Swiss Post and usually takes no longer than 3 working days.
